AI model costs are billed separately via credit packages (from €25/mo) or bring your own API keys (OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google). Platform subscription covers hosting, dashboard, all modules, and support.
WP-Claw requires an active subscription to function. The free WordPress plugin is a connector — all AI intelligence runs on your managed Klawty instance hosted on EU servers. Without a subscription, the plugin provides admin pages but agents cannot operate. WP-Claw does notreplace your caching plugin (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) — keep it for page caching. Selma monitors performance and optimizes databases.

What's included in every plan?+

How do API credits work?+
Your agents use AI models (Claude, Gemini, GPT-4) to make decisions — analyzing content, drafting pages, scoring leads. API credits cover this usage. We offer three tiers: 25€/mo (light sites), 50€/mo (active sites), and 100€/mo (high-traffic sites with heavy content creation). Most single-site owners start at 25€/mo.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does 'founding member price locked for life' mean?+
The first 10 customers on each plan get a permanently reduced rate. Even if we raise prices later, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription is active.
Do I need to install anything on my server?+
Just the WP-Claw WordPress plugin (free, under 2MB). Download it from your dashboard after subscribing. All AI processing happens on our EU-hosted infrastructure. Your server only needs to run the lightweight connection plugin.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your agents stop working and the plugin gracefully deactivates. Your WordPress site continues to function normally — we never modify your core WordPress installation. You can reactivate anytime.
Is there a free trial?+
Founding members (first 10 customers per plan) get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, you’re billed at the founding member rate — locked for life. All other plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Where is my data hosted?+
All infrastructure is EU-hosted (Hetzner, Germany). Your data never leaves the EU. We're GDPR compliant and EU AI Act ready via our ARCA compliance framework.
Can I use WP-Claw on WooCommerce sites?+
Absolutely. WP-Claw works with WooCommerce out of the box. Hugo (Commerce agent) handles order monitoring, inventory alerts, abandoned cart recovery, and customer analytics.
What AI models power the agents?+
WP-Claw uses a 5-tier model routing system that automatically selects the right model for each task. Health checks use lightweight models, while content creation uses more capable ones. Your API credit add-on covers all model usage — we handle the routing.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
No. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes: install the plugin, paste a connection token, and choose your modules. The dashboard is designed for business owners, not developers.
