Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WP-Claw, a managed AI operating layer for WordPress, provided by dcode technologies S.a r.l. (“we”, “us”, “dcode”), registered in Luxembourg. By creating an account or connecting a WordPress site, you agree to these Terms.

WP-Claw provides AI-powered agents that manage WordPress site operations including SEO, security, content, analytics, e-commerce, and customer chat. The service operates through:

• A WordPress plugin installed on your site (the “Plugin”).
• A managed Klawty AI instance hosted on our infrastructure (the “Service”).
• A web dashboard at wp-claw.ai for configuration and monitoring.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in EUR via Stripe.
• Plans: Starter (€99/mo), Pro (€249/mo), Business (€449/mo). Founding member pricing is locked for life.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Founding member pricing is guaranteed and unaffected.

• Maintain a valid WordPress installation (version 6.4+) with the WP-Claw plugin installed.
• Keep your API keys confidential. Revoke immediately if compromised.
• Ensure your WordPress site complies with applicable laws (GDPR, etc.).
• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, or activities that violate WordPress.org terms.
• You are responsible for content created by AI agents on your site. Review agent output as appropriate.

• Target uptime: 99.5% for the proxy and agent infrastructure.
• Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance), force majeure, third-party API outages.
• Support: Email support on all plans. Priority support on Pro and Business.
• AI agents operate autonomously within their configured modules. High-risk actions require your approval via the dashboard.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your WordPress site data (posts, pages, products, settings) is accessed by AI agents solely to provide the Service. We do not use your site data for training AI models.

• Content created by AI agents on your WordPress site belongs to you.
• The WP-Claw plugin is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later.
• The managed Service, dashboard, and Klawty OS engine are proprietary to dcode technologies.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Service.

• The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, revenue increases, or security outcomes.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, LLM providers, WordPress hosting).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
• On termination: your Klawty instance is deprovisioned within 30 days. Site data accessible via WP plugin remains on your server.
• The WP-Claw plugin continues to function in read-only mode (no agent operations) after disconnection.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
